Why go shopping when you can get fresh food delivered right to your door? Not only is shopping annoying and takes up a lot of time, but it can be hard to know what foods are healthiest, and which foods are full of unhealthy additives. As an experienced, educated nutritionist, I find the cleanest food in the valley for you and your family. Every week you will receive a cooler of fresh produce and other healthy foods. Apart from getting fresh food weekly, you also receive a guide to incorporate those foods onto your plate at home. Not every week is the same. There will be slight changes due to what is in season and a few surprises along the way.
Typical Foods included in the 48 quart cooler are:
Root vegetables, bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, squash, onions, avocados and garlic
Apples, pears, bananas
Varied legumes, Great Harvest bread, alternative milks, curry sauce, hummus, health beverages i.e kombucha, coconut water, and high quality energy bars
