With the help of a professional like myself, you will get a customized meal plan to fit your exact needs. Each meal plan includes a detailed recipe for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks. Every week for one month you will receive not only a detailed meal plan, but also a shopping list for each week so you have everything you need beforehand.
