The cardio training that I offer is different than your typical workout plan. I do the work with you, side by side. I meet at your house or at a convenient trail head in the Salt Lake area. I observe form, and running efficiency so that you can get in good shape without getting hurt. Whether you are just trying to slim down, get ready for your first race, or feel healthier, this option is great for you.
Preparing food for a day can be overwhelming, let alone a week! With your guidance and preferences I create the perfect meal plan for you. I offer both weekly and monthly meal plans that include recipes and shopping lists. This is a great choice if you are preparing for an athletic event, trying to loose weight, or simply wanting to improve your overall health.
Looking for nutrition advice for you or your family? During one our we go over your current eating patterns, goals, and methods to accomplish those goals. I counsel people in person at their homes or through Skype. My specialties include diabetes and sports nutrition, but I see people with just about any issue. Go for the one hour consult, or save on a 3 or 6 month membership.
